The Chase Residence sits on a knoll with views in all directions. The design style is contemporary and takes advantage of the expansive views of Durango and the mountains. Outdoor living areas both covered and uncovered were also an important item of the design program. The main living area is on the main floor with additional bedrooms and baths upstairs. Material selection, detailing and ornamentation were important to establish the style and clean lines of this residence.
