Axis Health medical center is a large single level medical office building located in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Axis Health provides a variety of services including but not limited to physical, mental, and dental health. Our goal and task were to design a building that established a strong, unique, visual presence for Axis Health in the Pagosa Springs community. The building is approximately 10,200 square feet. Spaces within the building include a dental suite, medical exam rooms and nurse’s stations, meeting rooms and a large conference room and all supporting spaces.
